Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days across major cities in Pakistan.

Coverage: We deliver to all major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, and more. For remote areas, delivery may take 5-7 business days.

Shipping Charges: A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies to all orders. Orders above Rs. 5,000 qualify for free shipping.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.

Return Window: You can return any item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process: Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange a pickup or provide a return address.

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items: Personal care items, opened electronics, and custom-made products are not eligible for return.
